Lady Gaga performing at this year's Brit Awards...I don't see a winky...

Lady Gaga was caught without make-up on a recent vacation on Hawaii. Well, I thought she wasn't sexy underneath all her costumes and make-up (she isn't sexy with it either!), but this tops it! She's NOT hot...like at all!
