I did NOT see that one coming... I know Paris Hilton promised to do more charity work after she was released from prison, but STILL!!
Paris visited a school in South Africa, and well, did some "charity".. Charity as in "signing autographs". However, the kiddos seemed pleased enough...

This is a total BS publicity stunt. Paris has never cared about somebody else in her life, she is just trying to get more attention.
