Britney Spears was picked up by LAPD at her home in LA last night. It seems Britney was under the influence of an unkonown substance.
Her youngest son Jayden James was also taken away in a seperate ambulance.
LAPD spokesman Jason Lee said: "Police were called to Britney Spears mansion this evening.
"She was refusing to hand the children over to their father as part of a court order.
"We were called and the situation is now what we call a Code 4 - which means everything is done."
The singer has been taken to hospital for a possible mental health evaluation, it was reported today...
